Meet Stephanie Smith, photographer and owner of Solla Photography. Stephanie's philosophy is a simple and down-to-earth approach; "I find such joy in being able to express my love for beauty, art and the wonders of life through my camera, and then turning around and sharing those images and stories with others."

The passion Stephanie has to create a timeless portrait for you can be found in every photograph she sets out to take. She brings to her weddings the desire to capture every unique moment that makes that wedding special; photographing the romantic and tender moments between a bride and her groom. In addition, Stephanie continues to strive for new creative ideas that will enhance and elevate her artistic style of portraiture for her clients. As always, she looks forward to meeting you and building a long lasting relationship.

Meet Diana Gerlein, photographer and Production Manager. Diana's passion for photography began while investigating her family genealogy. She realized the importance of preserving family history for generations to come, and that photography is the perfect media for this purpose.

Through creating images she is able to share the joy of special moments; babies first birthday, engagements, a couples first pregnancy, weddings and other important milestones with her clients. Diana is always striving to capture images that speak of emotion, intimacy, love, laughter, and all the facets that make us human. As with each new experience she is able to take away something unique and beautiful that can be enriching to her as a photographer.

After graduating from the University of Houston with a BFA in Photography and Digital Media, both Stephanie and Diana found that portrait and wedding photography was the natural choice for their careers. While going through school, they gained great experience working as assistants for several leading photographers in the Houston area. This choice not only allowed for their creativity to flourish as photographers but also as artists.
